Ascot, Berkshire REF ASC/CM

A welcoming family based in Ascot is seeking an friendly and experienced Nanny Housekeeper to join their busy household. The family have three boys—aged 7, 4, and 2 years—with a newborn expected in December. The two eldest children attend a private school located approximately 25 minutes from the family home. The children are described as lively and articulate, with delightful senses of humours. They enjoy a range of activities, including reading, building with Lego, imaginative play, and spending time outdoors on their climbing frame or trampoline.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate kindness, patience, organisational skills, and flexibility, and will be comfortable supporting the family wherever needed. The role offers significant flexibility regarding working hours and days; specific arrangements can be discussed to suit the successful applicant’s preferences.

Key responsibilities include preparing and batch-cooking nutritious family meals, housekeeping and tidying such as vacuuming, dusting and mopping, managing the family laundry, and organising the children’s bedrooms. Duties also include engaging with the children, helping with educational activities at home, assist with school collections, and support the children’s daily routines and general needs. Caring for the newborn and providing ad hoc assistance to the mother as required is also part of the remit. While walking the family’s two dogs is not essential, a willingness to help on occasion would be appreciated.

Start Date: As soon as available

Days: Three to five days per week (Monday to Friday), with the option for the successful applicant to choose preferred working days

Term Time Hours: Preferably 13:00 – 19:00, with flexibility to adjust as needed. For those seeking a three-day week, extended hours can be arranged

School Holidays: Two full days per week, 09:00 – 19:00

Driver: A driving licence is required, and applicants must have use of their own vehicle (minimal driving involved)

Pets: Two dogs

Experience: Minimum of two years’ relevant childcare experience

Salary: From £18 per hour, negotiable. Preferably seeking a self-employed applicants, though this is not essential


Ascot, Berkshire SL5

A mother in central Ascot is seeking Ad Hoc After School Care for her two boys aged 13 and 8 years old.  She describes her eldest as very social, he enjoys spending time with his friends, visiting theme parks and is very helpful.  Her youngest is a sweet little boy, who enjoys building Lego and playing Roblox. Their ideal applicant would be someone fun and creative, who likes to be silly and bring a ‘fun aunt/uncle’ vibe to their home. School is approx. 25 minutes drive away and the eldest gets the bus home from a different school. The role is regular but the days will alternate, dates can be given 2 weeks in advance.

General duties may include; collect the youngest from school, cooking healthy meals or snacks for the children, planning fun and educational activities at home or visiting a local park, assisting with homework, arranging play dates, tidying the main living areas after children. Her eldest is very self sufficient, although he would be under the nannies responsibility, the main focus with for her youngest son.

Start Date: As soon as available

Days: Any Monday to Friday days, usually at least two a week, up to 4 days per week

Hours: 3:30pm – 7pm                 

Milage: Reimbursed 45p per mile

Driver: Required and would need to use their own car, with a clean driving licence

Pets: 1 Dog

Eton, Berkshire REF ETO/MR

Nanny Housekeeper 

A family in Eton are seeking a Nanny Housekeeper, to assist with their 9 and 6 year old children. The family are currently living abroad and will be new to the area. Their ideal applicant would be someone responsible and organised, who can help to support their family unit and run their home.  The children speak both Spanish and Italian, with some English, therefore someone who can speak one of their first languages would be a huge asset to the family. The family describes their children as polite, caring and sometimes shy, therefore a loving and calming influence would be wonderful to them. The role would consist mainly of housekeeping as the children come home from school around 5pm.

General duties may include; cooking healthy meals for the children and batch cooking, food shopping, vacuuming and mopping, dusting and cleaning mirrors, ironing and washing family laundry, changing the bedding, general tidying of the family home, planning fun activities at home or visiting the park after school, helping with homework and preparing for bedtime.

Start Date: End of December or start of January e.g. 5th Jan

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: Preferably 2pm – 7pm 

Ad Hoc: On occasions, there may be overnight requests if the parents need to travel, notice will be provided and they would like to include one evening ‘babysit’ per month in the contract 

Driver: Not required, but there is parking for the applicant’s car  

Pets: None

Experience: At least 2 years housekeeper experience  

Languages: Preferably Italian or Spanish speaker

Wokingham, Berkshire REF WOK/OH

A family  in Wokingham is seeking a part-time nanny to assist with their newborn, expected at the end of December. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience with infants, embrace traditional values, maintain a positive outlook, and be keen to integrate into the family environment. Prior experience supporting first-time parents is highly desirable. The residence is within walking distance of Wokingham Town Centre.

The preferred start date is between February and April 2026, with an initial commitment of one half day per week, increasing to two full days per week beginning in April. Working days are Monday and Wednesday; however, there is flexibility to adjust Wednesday to another day if needed. Hours are from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Primary responsibilities include preparing formula or milk and feeding the baby, assisting with sleep routines, changing nappies, taking the baby for walks, attending local groups or classes, supporting weaning and cooking as required, and encouraging developmental milestones through play-based activities at home.

Additional details:

  • A driver is not essential, though parking is available if required.
  • The household has one dog (dachshund).
  • Applicants should have a minimum of two years’ experience working with newborns.
  • Ofsted registration is required, or candidates must be willing to obtain this accreditation.
  • Salary offered is £16–£18 gross per hour.

Windsor, Berkshire (Near Legoland) REF WIN/NN

Night Nanny/Nurse

A family in Winkfield require a night nanny/nurse to help care for their 10 year old son on an awake shift. He has a Global developmental delay, and during the night he needs to be tube fed and administered medication. Duties may include; feeding him across a 2/3 hour window, administering and noting medication, assisting with morning routine/dressing and assisting him if he wakes in the night. The family already have someone in this role from Sunday to Thursday and require additional weekend support.

Start Date: As soon as possible  

Days: Friday and Saturday

Hours: 9pm until 8am

Driver: Not required for the role, however there is not public transport near their home.   

Pets: None

Experience: SEN Experience preferred and the family will help to train the application on feeding and administering medication

Windsor, Berkshire 

After School Nanny

A family in Winkfield require a nanny to help with after school care for their 10 year old son. He has a Global developmental delay, therefore will need assistance in areas such as walking and feeding. He is a very sociable and happy little boy, who enjoys playing with bubbles and sensory toys such as lights and noises. It would be a real bonus to find someone who can assist with proxy parenting from time to time too., although this is not essential.

Duties may include; preparing healthy meals and blending them, organising fun activities to do in their home, helping to meet his personal and physical needs such as tube feeding and nappy changing, bathing him, tidying the house after use, putting him to bed etc.

Start Date: As soon as available 

Day: Wednesday and Friday 

Hours: 3:00pm – 8:00pm

Driver: Not required for the role, however there is no public transport near their home.
